Following the escape of terror suspect Daniel Khalife and fresh incidents including the stabbing of an inmate, HMP Wandsworth is facing difficult questions.

The former soldier was arrested yesterday in west London.

The Justice Secretary has told Sky News that 40 other prisoners have been moved out of Wandsworth prison to other jails.
