INGREDIENTS:

1 package of your favorite pasta
2 bunches of scallions
1 shallot
8 cloves of garlic
juice from half of a lemon & some zest
half cup of butter
salt & pepper to taste
1/3 cup pasta water
half cup of parmesan cheese
