Hello Y'all ! 🤠
In this video I try my best to breakdown the full, step by step, instructions on smoking a 10 pound Brisket..
Basic Instructions
- smoke at 275 degrees the entire cook
- wrap when brisket hits between 165 & 180 degrees internal temp
- pull off the smoker at 203 degrees internal temp
- let rest AT LEAST 1 hour
Ingredients Used
- Sea salt
- Course black pepper
- Killen's BBQ rub
- Kirkland organic butter
- Brown sugar
- Decaf Coffee grounds FINE*
