Advanced students join Ajahn Dr. James for a deep dive into the SomaVeda® Nuad Boran Level Three Northern Thai Yoga Part One. The "Lanna Thai" or Northern style gives us the indigenous traditional medicine of Northern Thailand, Myanmar, and the South Laos region. Also incorporated are variations of Lek Chaiya "Jap Sen Nuat" and Butautuk Northern Provincial Hilltribes such as Karen-Akha, Lisu, and others. Dr. James, an authentic and authorized teacher, has extensive experience and training in the region for many years.

We are doing Part One of the two-part SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Level Three of the SomaVeda® Nuad Boran series in this video. This is a sequence of postures designed to support the circulation and health of the lower spine.
