In astrophysics, a black hole is a region of space where the gravitational pull is so strong that nothing, not even light, can escape from it. If an object, such as a star or even a spaceship, gets too close to a black hole, it can be drawn into the black hole due to the intense gravitational forces. This process is often referred to as "falling into a black hole."
