You may come up with multiple answers, so select that one thing that excites you the most. It is a task you need to complete as soon as you wake up before you start off with your day because the whole world is quite and you have ample of time for yourself to pursue the activity you are excited about which will eventually help you to have healthy social connections, to challenge yourself in a good way, to relieve stress, to be fit, to be creative and to ward off depression. If you find your "Ikigai", you will find it very easy to wake up early in the morning.
