Most narcissists / toxic people love to discard you or they will tell you to leave. They are never fully done with you. They like to keep a back up of old supply’s for when the new one/s figure out who they are - narcissist / toxic.
Narcissists / toxic people are never fully done with you. Some will go to extreme lengths to hoover you back in. Some will send you music videos, quotes and photos. They may not hoover you back right away. It may take weeks, months or years.
If you respond to them in their eyes they think you still care about them. They can take that as then they can still control you.

BLOCK is your best friend. Once you have been discarded or you left the relationship. BLOCK them everywhere. Do not fall for their tricks / hoovering.

Stay strong do not give in. What you allow will continue.
