After defeating Skuntunk I forgot to add "+1" to the active Pokémon in my hand (Charmeleon and Brionne). I forgot to add the "city bonus" (+5) to Quagsire when fighting against Wugtrio and after beating it down (using Lurantis), I wrongly added "+1" to Quagsire while it was knocked out.

In this video I'm playing the fifteenth episode from the PALDEA map. This time I took a TIME/SPACE WARP shortcut, had to say GOODBYE to another Pokémon of mine and managed to ear another BADGE!!!
