What gets you into flow?

Let us look look at what happens at the cellular level

In each and everyone of our cells, we can find out everything about an individual.

Each one of our cells has its own commander. A mirror of us and our body. We command the mind and our body responds

Our most effective time for healing is when we sleep, why?, because our mind gets out the way. Our body is always forever healing, it is only our mind that gives other instructions which include negative thoughts, self doubt and anger

The cells can only do one of two things, Grow or Protect

Grow is flow.

When we are in flow, our body responds and we are healing and feel good.

What do you love doing?
What lights up your soul?
What do you do to get into flow?
When you are in flow, how does that influence other areas in your life?
What brings you joy?

What will you adjust and/or add into your life to bring you more flow?

Our environments internally or externally will impact our entire body.

Write out what brings you joy? What you are passionate about and what you are good at?

Notice what comes up for

A great way to view our experience through light

Imagine the all the colours of the rainbow is all the feelings

The white is the colour that consists of all of them

White is love

Within love is every other emotion

And then in the human experience we have a full spectrum of emotions

Knowing that every time we return back to love

And now we have had the awareness and experience of emotions, knowing we have a choice to bring our self back to what feels right in every moment

If you are being present and that feeling of uncomfort shows, it allows you to experience it as sadness
