Florida Officer Latham was working overtime at Walmart and watched the women on CCTV take a purse from the shelf and try to remove the tag by placing several more items in the purse. After passing all the outlets of sale and exiting the store, Officer Latham confronted the women, this video shows what happened in the confrontation.
