The Testimony of Jesus was the reason he and the apostles were killed

The issue that the Jewish people had with the testimony of Jesus and his apostles was that He was the Son of the Most High God as written in the scriptures by the prophets.
This testimony was the Spirit of the Prophecy given in the Revelation to John.
This testimony was the reason for Jesus’ persecution and subsequent crucifixion, it was the reason for the persecution and martyrdom of the apostles and many of the early church. Most importantly, it was the so-called people of God [Israel] who were instrumental in carrying out that persecution.
