This lift and the subsequent position you see me in the match should ONLY be utilised by truly experienced and conditioned athletes.
This position is a last resort when your opponent has successfully overwhelmed your strength in the hand. This position risks break arm as you have zero room to retreat, and torque on your humerus happens with every ounce of side pressure your opponent imparts.
All that said, if you are an advanced athlete and you condition this position carefully, you can and will win matches that everyone else in the room thought you had already lost.
