Creamy Beef Spinach and 3 Cheese Stuffed Shells

This recipe was using up things I had in my preps as well as things I had in my refrigerator that needed to be used.
I do not usually eat stuffed shells but with the alfredo sauce mixed in with the tomato products, I did not experience any stomach issues.
The entire 9 x 13 pan of shells was gone in under 30 minutes and it was by far the best stuffed shells I have ever made (even Maggie ate 2 helpings-she usually will not eat the pink sauce at all)
