Mission Equity: Equity in Grants and Cooperative Agreements

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) leads the Nation on an unprecedented journey of discovery, exploration, and innovation. NASA launched its 2022 Equity Action Plan (EAP) on April 14, 2022, in support of the Biden-Harris administration’s Executive Order 13985, “Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government”. NASA’s EAP provides a framework and strategy for how the agency intends to understand and address the barriers that prevent equitable access to science, technology, and opportunities to work with and learn from NASA.
