Ukrainian war crimes:

In the Geneva convention and International Law there is something called "Hors de combat" or out of action. When a soldier is injured and unable to move, and does not pose a direct threat for the enemy, it's been evacuated or is in a field hospital or ambulance, this soldier is protected under the Geneva Convention and should be already treated as a POW:

Practice relating to Rule 47.
Attacks against Persons Hors de Combat:

-Additional Protocol I
Article 41(1) of the 1977 Additional Protocol I provides: “A person who is recognized or who, in the circumstances, should be recognized to be hors de combat shall not be made the object of attack.

Ukrainians totally ignore International Law and target heavy wounded Russian soldiers who don't pose a threat any longer.
