If you are alive, you have or will have to live through hard times. We have been told by all the experts that we are all prime candidates now for illness, family and friend estrangement, divorce and even mental illness. In all their good intentions they have left most people feeling like victims, helpless and hopeless, overwhelmed by the journey ahead, powerless to exert any influence over our situation whatsoever.
