Suitcase Murder Update: Sarah Boone Gets A New Court-Appointed Attorney | LAWYER REACTS

At today's hearing, September 8, the Court granted Sarah's lawyer, Frank Bankowitz's motion to withdraw. Judge Wooten appointed Winston Hobson as her new court-appointed attorney. The court is set for final PTC on 11/28, and Trial on 12/11, but there will be a status conference on 10/30 to determine where Ms. Boone's new defense is at. At the end of the hearing, Judge Wooten had some helpful advice and comment for Ms. Boone - I react to those comments here! As always, Sarah Boone is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
