Mix Daal Dhaba Style: Mix Daal Mazeedar Urdu/Hindi

How to make Dhaba Style Mix Daal with quick and easy method by Khana Pakana.

Ingredients:
Split Green gram (Moong Daal) half cup
Red Lentils (Massor Daal) half cup
Yellow Split Peas (Chana Daal) half cup
Onion 1 small (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbsp
Tomato 2 (Chopped)
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 1/2 tbsp
Green Coriander 4 tbsp
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Button Red Chilli 5
Cumin 1tsp
Curry Leaves 5
Garam Masala 1tsp
Oil 5 tbsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pot and add oil 2 tbsp and then add onion and slightly fry then add Ginger Garlic paste and stir it and slightly fry it and add Tomato and stir it slightly fry it and then add Red Chilli Powder and Turmeric Powder and stir it and cook it for 3 minutes on medium flame and then add soaked Split Green Gram, Red Lentils and Yellow Split Peas and stir it and add 3 glass water and cover it with lid and cook for 30 minutes on medium to low flame.

Step 2: After remove lid and then stir it and add 1 glass of water and cover it with lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.

Step 3: After remove the lid and then add Garam Masala , Green Chilli and Green Coriander and stir it and dish out.

Step 4: Now take a pan and add 3 tbsp oil and add Button Red Chilli and slightly fry then add Cumin and Curry leaves and slightly fry then turn off flame and put into Mix Daal .Mix Daal Dhaba Style is ready Enjoy with hot loaf.
