Learn how to make no bake biscuit cake, a Christmas special cake recipe by Ruchi Bharani

Christmas and cake go hand in hand, so we decided to treat you guys with the best cake recipe which will be so heavenly yet so easy to bake, considering its a no bake cake. With Chef Ruchi Bharani learn to make no bake biscuit cake, which is easy, tasty and goes along with the Christmas spirit!

Ingredients:
- 250gms of chopped Bitter Chocolate
- ½ cup of cream
- Butter
- Digestive biscuits and chocolate biscuits
- Roasted almond
- Roasted walnuts
- Cranberries
- Pistachios

Method:
- Micro wave the bitter chocolate and cream together for40-45 secs
- Add butter to the mixture and whisk it ans keep aside.
- Crumble the biscuits and add the roasted nuts to add, after mixing them up add the melted chocolate
- In a baking tin spread the mixture and refrigerate it for one hour
- Whisk together Melted Cream and Chocolate and let it cool down for 10-15mins
- Pour the ganache on top of the cake
- Refrigerate for one and half hour
- Once the cake is all set, garnish it with pistachios
Cake is ready to be served!
