Sour Mango & Spicy Fish Jam in Thailand

In Bangkok,, we picked up some sour mangos and spicy seafood jams from a night market and tried them out. A favourite amongst locals in Thailand, I was somewhat apprehensive but ultimately pleasantly surprised. These mangos are super sour species, not to sweet mangos I am more familiar with. The fish jams range from spicy to super spicy but are packed with flavours. One is a fermented fish-based jam mixed with a lot of chillies, the other a shrimp-based jam mixed with onion and of course chillies. Join us as we tuck into this famous Thai street food in Bangkok.
