Local government officials urged to consider taxpayers' efforts in the execution of their duties

The chairperson of the local government finance commission, Isaac Isanga Musumba, has decried incompetence of some local government leaders which is leading to poor and delayed service delivery.
Musumba was closing a two-week negotiation exercise for line ministries with the commission.
