Onion - 1 pc.
Fry the onion for 2 minutes
Garlic - 2 pods
Sauté with the onion for 1 minute
Minced meat - 500g
Fry ground beef for 5-8 minutes
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper - to taste

Sauce:
Butter - 40g
Flour - 4 tbsp.
Paprika - 1 tsp
Chicken broth - 500 ml

Dry Onion - 1 tsp / Dry Garlic - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
vegetable fat

Tortilla - 6 pcs
Cheese - 100 g
