One of the hardest aspects of day trading is it conflicts with many of the common ideas we were raised believing. Don’t get me wrong, many of the concepts and ideas we were taught as a kid are very valuable and can take you far in life. However, when you throw these same suggestions into the world of trading, it’s like a meat grinder. As kids (or at least I was) we are taught about a certain object that can be a great source for knowledge and learning. I took this lesson and applied it to learning how to day trade when I first got started. It didn’t go well, at all. In fact, I’m not sure I’ve ever stumbled across someone who has done what I did and found success. It was not until I made a very anti-climatic shift where true growth began. I want to share with you this, simple, but powerful change that helped me most as a beginner day trader. Let’s get to it!
