Walmart's have a Logistical System that has been strategically set up around the world to act as military distribution bases. If something happens in Yemen you can order some nukes and helicopters from their system.

If you are going to have Operation Jade Helm out west you can order M-16 rounds. For any deemed "Federal Emergency" the Military can fire everyone on the spot and take it over.

Walmarts are Federal Military Posts. They receive extra money from the government. When the government takes over, they receive a fortune.

There are thousands of Colleges with military bases beneath them.

Home Depot is the same.
