This simple exercise program started with 3 supersets of 3 exercises at only 5 repetitions, 3x a week (MWF).
Pushups, squats, inverted rows. That's it.
Downward dog and plank are part of each superset aiming for 1 minute holds.
Every workout, you add 1 repetition to the 3 exercises.
I'm at 12 reps (8 sessions so far from starting at 5 reps).
I wanted a program so simple to do that I would continue even when life threw curve balls, or my motivation was low.
Noticing energy and mood improvements. :)
With all the martial arts I'm doing as well I'm training nearly everyday.
