Terraformers; custom unlock-farming test; part 2, turns 31 to 53. Seeing about getting more options.

Well, got it done by turn 53; and did unlock a slight bit more. Probably faster to just play the scenarios, although less stressful for doing this without infinitely increasing expectations.
