A surge of asylum seekers in New York City has put pressure on the city's shelters, where migrants now make up more than 50% of the population. The influx has compounded problems for New York City, which, according to one not-for-profit, hasn't faced such levels of homelessness since the 1930s. Trevor Koroll reports.
