Security Cam, Meth Heads stealing from my neighbor

3:10 PM, 9/7/23, I'm watching my security cam and I see a SUV parked at the end of my driveway.
I head out to see what up and see some methheads carrying rolls of CAT5 cable from my neighbors place and tossing it in the back of the SUV.
I yell "Hey Dumbass, You're on Camera" and they took off.
First part is raw from the Security DVR, then it replays with a bit of Zoom.
