The Muslims might have a lot of fake complaints about Jesus in the Bible, but He certainly did no make any racist comments against anyone, which were related to how they look. Because the Arabs did feel that they were superior to the Ethiopians in looks, this then made it easy for them to say that their prophet made the raisin head comment, because they knew that the Ethiopians were not in a position to be angry about what was written.
