Dear YouTube... I have a few items to bring to your attention and am taking the opportunity during the repot of my Coilostylis ciliaris, to ask you questions that I have been asking you for a couple of years now, but have as yet to get an answer from you. Feedback forms do not work, your help center or chat bot only responds with links that do not actually answer the questions, public forums are also either not helpful, or they are asking themselves the same questions, even leaving my questions under the videos from your update videos, have not yielded any answers. So, unfortunately, I am going to ask them in this video in the form of an Open Letter. Meanwhile, I have a wonderful orchid to repot, and clean up her root sytem, so that takes my mind to my happy place while I read my letter to you! Thank you for the opportunity of being able to put out content on your platform!
