• Sugar 1/4 Cup

âš« Milk 1/3 Cup

Chicken Pulao
Ingredients For chicken stock:
âš« Chicken 500-gram
• Basil leaves 2
⚫ Black peppercorns 7-8 • Star anise 2
• Cloves 4-5
• Green cardamom 3-4
Cinnamon sticks 2
• Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
• Ginger ½ inch
• Cloves garlic 2
• Salt (to taste)
