Incline Dumbbell Row

To perform the movement:
1. Place the dumbbells on the ground near the headrest and set the bench to 30º.
2. Lay facing the bench and grab the dumbbells, to begin the movement drive the elbows back and towards the hip
3. Slowly lower the dumbbells and allow the upper back to be stretched at the bottom
