The First Candidates To Sign Up For Concord Municipal Races

Nathan Fennessey, an at-large city councilor, who is running for a second term, was the first to sign up to run on Sept. 8. Also signing up within the first 20 minutes of signups with Keith Nyhan in Ward 7, Byron Champlin, who is running for mayor, Michele Horne in Ward 2, and Matthew Hicks, a state representative who is running at large.
