Glute Raise on 45º Hip Hinge Bench

To perform the movement:
1. Set up the 45 degree bench to just below hip height.
2. Place your feet into the holder and twist out the toes slightly. Tuck your chin onto your chest curving the upper back and slowly lower.
3. To raise drive your hips into the pad only going as high as this will allow without your upper back starting to straighten
