An Australian bank has released a new set of terms and conditions effective from November 2023, that are broad in their conditions and threaten to freeze the accounts of customers who breach them. Many are interpreting them as a breach on their freedom of speech.

Company profits are down in a surprising sector for the last quarter in Australia.
