G20 India chair: leaders' declaration 'almost ready'

Leaders of the Group of 20 major economies began arriving in New Delhi on Friday (September 8) for their annual gathering with the India chair announcing that the leaders' declaration is 'almost ready' - suggesting that negotiators had made progress in bridging differences in the group over the war in Ukraine.
