- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Add them to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until they're nicely browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.

3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.

11. Remove the foil, sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the chicken is cooked through.
