Two videos have emerged of Ukraine's attack on Kostiantynivka, but with a nuance: the “extra” sounds were removed, and the reflection of the rocket on the car was removed in reel given to Western press.

🚨 The other most important factor to consider is where the strike took place - Kostiantynivka - is a city in Donetsk, and was once held by pro-Russian rebels widely supported by a population that considers itself largely Russian. From POV of Kiev, these are not innocent people, but people 'waiting for the Russians to return'.
