Starseed Tea:
Ingredients -
1/2 cup cinnamon
1/4 cup cardamon
1/2 cup browned star anise
1/4 cup ground cloves
1/4 cup turmeric
tsp salt
Cayenne pepper to ur level of spiciness
***2 important ingredients not discussed in podcast - Some kind of medicinal mushrooms, she uses organic 7 treasures mushroom blend & then pepper to help activate the turmeric.

How to -
•Blend whole spices in coffee grinder or similar contraption
•Mix above spices well (she uses a mason jar)
•Blend 1 tsp of spice mix & 1 T of cacao (she uses raw cacao) w/10 oz hot water. Add creamer if you'd like - coconut milk, cream, etc and/or sweetener of your choice.
•Make it your own... add vanilla, extra cayenne, extra cinnamon, etc
