Summary - Viss-Cera is released from prison as the Emperor, Uriel Septim, is led by the Blades through a secret passage through the cell. Uriel has seen Viss-Cera before, in a vision, an says he's going to die. Mystery assassins are after him and his family. Viss-Cera escapes into tunnels below the prison filled with rats and goblins, trying to learn how to defend himself. #ooo
