Peter Brady: "Porkchops And Applesauce" (Brady Bunch Music Video) [2023]

Poor Peter Brady! You see, he went to a party, and had a lousy time. None of the other kids would talk to him!

Well, one guy did...

He told Peter that he was dull, and had no personality..
Well, this little interaction set poor lil' Pete onto a downward spiral...

Peter came home, moping to his parents about how he was a boring person, had no personality, and was too boring and dull...

So after watching a Humphrey Bogart movie on television, he had the brilliant brainstorm to emulate Bogart, and THAT personality would make him a super popular teen!!!

But of course, his family saw through the charade, that the fraud was over.

As a kid, I always laughed at Peter (at his expense) and this episode was a perfect example of why...

"Porkchops and applesauce" was a quote that would never die. I heard kids mocking it in the 80's, 90's, and well into the 2000's...

I always had the quotes "Porkchops and Applesauce," "I'm Too Dull," and "The Invasion Of The Potato People" quotes engraved in my brain, and decided to pay tribute to the memory with a fresh set of dance mixes sampling it!!!

Took on the challenge of making a song out of this as a throwaway. Not entirely happy with the results, but it gets the job done. Making a video was even worse. For me, was an audio joke. A stupid tossed off comic relief dance track based on "Porkchops and Applesauce" quote.. But figured the only way to get this out there is with a video, so I gave it a shot
