Anxiety... Anxiety... Anxiety

I am very much on the back end of an anxiety induced roller coaster. In fact, this topic was not even on my list of things to discuss until recently. It raised a strong realization that no matter the preparation, when the time comes, we can be utterly helpless. We live in a very fragile ecosystem in a false sense of security mostly made-up by our own hands. And when that security is revealed to be the sham in which it really is, our perspective on reality can change in a heartbeat. If it hasn't happened yet, I'm not trying to be a downer here but, expect it.
