Pani Piye: Garmi mein dehydrated ho jana aam baat hai, isliye rozana kafi paani piye. Garmi ke dino mein kam se kam 8-10 glass paani peena jaruri hai.
Summer-Friendly Khana: Aapka bhojan aasaani se pachne wala aur light hona chahiye. Fruits aur vegetables jaise taze cheeze khayein.
Kapde: Light-colored aur breathable kapde pehnein, jo aapko garmi mein thandak de. Sunblock aur topi bhi istemal karein jab bhi ghar se bahar nikle.
