Have you ever noticed that some type of adversity seems to pop up right after a spiritual breakthrough? This really shouldn’t surprise us. Our faith is often tested after a great spiritual victory. In fact, that’s exactly what happened to the disciples after Jesus fed the five thousand. Their experience teaches us a few valuable lessons for when our own faith is tested.
