Allouez couple seeking donations and volunteers to build libraries in Mexico and Nigeria

After a successful project to bring donated books to Mexico, a former missionary from Allouez and his wife are leading a new effort to build libraries in Veracruz, Mexico and Nigeria to help children rise out of poverty.
