Organizers rally against hate crimes in Anne Arundel County

The Caucus of African-American Leaders will gathered at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Civil Rights Foot Soldiers Memorial across from the Arundel Center in Annapolis to march to the courthouse in an effort to “call attention to the "noose" cases that will be heard at that court,” organizers said.
