Trump is the Exchequer of the world

Trump is the leader/manager of the world. He is the Exchequer of the world with access to at least tens of quadrillions of dollars. You may notice if you have paid attention or do some internet searches that some countries have "suddenly" discovered hundreds of tons of gold. I believe these countries and many more have been apportioned gold from the deep state cache that have been confiscated from them by the militaries of the world. I've heard/read things that seem to confirm that.
