Why is it vital to elect good judges? Take your favorite part(s) of our State Constitution that recognizes the rights of the people, remembering that the provisions are mostly mandatory, (and usually upon the government) and you can probably see how our Constitution can be honored and respected, or all too easily subverted, simply by who you elect to make decisions.
