Constituting in Rio

And continuing with videos about the history of Rio (and consequently Brazil since Rio was the capital of Brazil for 200+ years), after a country becomes independent, it's time to make the laws of this country, afterall, wouldn't make sense to be an independent country but still rely on Portuguese law.
So for this reason, I bring you this video explaining all about how the first (of many) Brazilian constitution was made. THERE WAS EVEN PHYSICAL AGGRESSION IN THE ASSEMBLY!
