I Finally Have DWL Perfectly Patched

So, after some fighting and troubleshooting, I figured out what my problem was. With IPC working properly and finding out the cyclelayouts patch was interferring, it all works. This is the greatest step to getting DWL daily-driver-ready for me. And as of uploading has been daily-driver, just got some window and config tweaks to work out.
